The way out of sadness


Sadness comes to all of us at sometime or the other
Ignoring it, wont make it go away.
Accepting it and making it your own does not help.

The only way to move out of sadness
Is to acknowledge the reason for the sadness
See if you can change the situation to convert it into a joyful one
And if you can't then accept the situation for what it is
And let go of the emotions that you are attaching with the situation
By saying this does not serve me anymore
And willingly walk the path out of sadness

Laugh as much as you can, it's a sure way to make you feel better
And there will always be something to laugh about.
