Today is a new day,
A day full of possibilities and opportunities
To give thanks to all that I have and am surrounded by
I am grateful for the sun that shines,
For the nature surrounding me,
For the Love within and without,
For each and every situation in my life,
To every person that touches me.
I cannot control how others may think, act or feel,
But if anyone should behave in a way that causes me unhappiness,
I forgive them unconditionally,
Because I do not need to take on their negativity.
By forgiving them, I forgive myself and do not allow them to hurt me.
