We are all made up of energy and the densest
part of this energy manifests itself as our physical body. But that does not mean that our body is
devoid of energy, in fact our bodies are pulsing with energy. You can actually feel this energy by just
becoming still and thinking about the energy – you will most often start to get
a tingling sensation maybe in your palms or the soles of your feet. This is the energy that we are made up
of. If we still ourselves long enough,
we will feel our entire body tingling with the energy. And with time we can feel this energy without
even having to concentrate on it.
This also means that when we interact with
any other being, we are interacting with their energy field. Interactions with others can be positive or
negative and as I mentioned in an earlier post others can drain us of our
energy if we are not aware of what is happening.
I think that with any interaction, if we keep
ourselves aware of the energy play and know when something is happening, we can
stop it immediately before we are depleted of our energy. This is another
method I find very useful to keep my energy.
I am sure that there would have been instances when you notice someone
looking you from top to bottom and you feel a bit weird and uneasy. What
happens when someone does this is that they are either consciously or
unconsciously lowering your energy level. This is done by the downward
motion of their eyes. A downward motion normally lowers your energy
level, while an upward motion increases your energy levels. You can try this out on yourself. Just
move your hand down from your head to your torso and I am sure you will notice
the energy lowering. And if you then move your hand upward from your
torso to your head you will feel the energy rise again.
People who consciously do this to bring
someone's energy down, do this very cleverly - it could be in a meeting with a
pen which you think they are just playing with, or with their eyes to the other
person, or even just mentally. And a lot of people do this unconsciously because
they are not aware of what they are doing.
So at anytime if you feel your energy is lowering, just automatically
raise it up by doing an upward motion from your torso to your head, either with
your hand or mentally. Also when you are around others, it helps to keep
your head up and look up instead of looking down, as this also helps keeps your
energy up.
